All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Estimated Delivery Times
Orders shipped within Canada typically arrive within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as holidays, remote locations, or carrier delays. We will provide tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
We offer free shipping on all pre-orders placed before the boards arrive in Canada (expected May 2024).
After the pre-order period, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post.

We want you to love your charcuterie board! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@timberandtaste.com within 7 days of delivery with:

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
