Who We Are

We’re Pierce and Luca, two mates who met in the heart of the Canadian Rockies and instantly connected over our love for adventure, good food, and great company. The Rockies weren’t just a destination for us—they became part of who we are. The crisp mountain air, the endless trails, and the unforgettable moments shared around campfires made us realize how special this place is.

Wanting to hold onto those memories, we searched for a way to bring a piece of the Rockies home with us. What started as a simple idea soon turned into something more—a way to share our passion for craftsmanship, nature, and the moments that bring people together.

Timber and Taste is our way of celebrating everything we love: meaningful connections, natural beauty, and the joy of gathering with friends and family. This journey has been about more than just creating something—it’s about sharing a story, a memory, and a piece of the place that shaped us.
